What would be the best way to monitor/diagnose a network?  For one, my Youtube videos are taking too long to download, at 360 quality.  I have Verizon FIOS and am using wireless.  I never had such an issue before.

Reset your modem. Sometimes that simple little thing will work.

Turn off your computer(s) before you reset. If you modem has lights let them all synch up then turn on your computer(s).

If that does not work, post back here. Someone else may chime in with other things you can try.
