PC freezes at times

I'm using a Gateway model GT5473E with Windows 7 Ultimate . Monitor will freeze sometimes & I have to hard reboot with switch. I havent added hardware or software. I changed monitor with no help. Screen goes gray with blue lines & dots.I checked device manager & no red or yellow marks. Thanks

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

 

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

 

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

Can you please follow the directions which were previously posted?

 

The attachment that you appended...is quite unformatted and not very useful, IMO.
