Hello there,

The laptop is a Samsung S3510.

It's been working fine up until a few days ago.

List of issues:

BAD POOL HEADER bsod when clicking on any desktop icons.

No text underneath icons & user icons

Slow to boot up.

No text at all when right clicking anywhere, just a list of blank arrows.

win32k.sys BSOD

Things I've done:

Windows Memory diagnostics tool

Samsung repair tools (from CD)

I can open folders in safemode but everything is invisible.

I can select invisible icons which are blank but really oversized.

The laptop had its harddrive replaced in December last year but has worked fine up until now.

Any help would be appreciated!

Jay
