I own an Asus Laptop that runs on Windows 7 and I've been getting random BSOD for months (around 6) and they've become more frequent. I've downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware scanned my computer and thought the problem was fixed but then it would come back.

It's happened 11 times this month and 3 times today alone.

I really don't know what to do anymore. I've considered re installing  windows but I don't have the disc.

Welcome anadig12 to BC community.smile.png

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump folder. Are there generated dump files on the folder?

Try downloading Speccy and then install the program.  To post and publish a snapshot of your PC.
. In the Menu bar, click File -> Publish Snapshot
. Click Yes > then Copy to Clipboard
. On your next reply, right-click on a empty space and click Paste on reply box then click Post.

Download MiniToolBox and select
List Last 10 Event Viewers, List Installed Programs and List Users, Partitions and Memory Size.
A notepad will open then copy-paste the report on your next reply.

Download SecurityCheck.exe from Here

. Run SecurityCheck and follow the instruction from inside the code box.
. When the scan is finished, a notepad will automatically open as check.txt
Please copy and paste the contents here on your next reply.

The speccy link is broken/not found. Run again speccy and then complete the other logs requested please.

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump folder. Are there generated dump files on the folder?

On certain laptop models, there are booting function keys to start the restore to factory of windows provided they have the built-in recovery partition. What ASUS computer model laptop is it?

You have 2 antiviruses installed and running. Remove Trend Micro http://esupport.trendmicro.com/solution/en-us/1056551.aspx

Go back to the minidump folder and highlight the 3 latest minidumps. The dates are determined 010613 - 16676 -01.dmp or click on view options - Details. 01 - month (january), 06 - day - 13 - year. Highlight by holding shift key and press enter key on mouse.

When highlighted, right-click then send to desktop (create shortcut). On desktop, highlight again all 3 by holding shift key - enter then right-click again and send to compressed zipped folder. Upload and share the file/link by registering here https://www.box.com/

Hello,

It looks to me that this computer is infected.  My suggestion is to post in the Bleeping Computer's Am I Infected Forum.  Get the computer cleaned by the knowledgeable Malware Staff.  If after that your BSOD issue continues, then please post again here.
