2nd option looks more appealing on the eyes(i.e.

more coolness factor, looks like a DOPE pc.).. tho it’s a i3 where as the 1st
one is an i5… BUT yet ONLY $50 difference..

I would love to be able to play games like Skyrim, Farcry 3, Assasin's Creed III on a pc but also just need a new PC overall..

Let me know..

what, what, wha what!

My budget for the new computer is:

not sure...

What are the primary uses for this computer (IE: mail, web browsing, programming, games, etc)?

Just need an overall family PC, but WOULD be awesome if it could also do games..  last PC was from 8yrs ago, runnin win xp sp2, graphic design and 3D animation would be great too..
What software do you intend on using on the computer?

Autodesk Maya 2008, Adobe Master Suite CS3 maybe CS5 or 6(whatever the latest version is)
Do you play games? If so, what type of games?

Never played games on a PC, but would like to play Assasin's Creed III, Farcry 3, Crysis 3, ect, ect..
Do you tend to have a lot of programs running at the same time, or do you close every program when you are done using it?

Typically tend to close out programs but then again i'm working with max ram of 768mb's..

Do you store a lot of pictures or music on the computer?

NO, but I would definitely like to start.. again my PC's are so old,the hard drive is at 70Gb's..

I just desperately need a new PC as I am getting left behind.. lots of stuff no longer works on IE7, nor can I update past IE8, I lost Itunes access a while back..  can't connect my friends Iphone 4's or Gen 4 Touches to the pc as its not recognized..

again I am just getting left behind and so desperately crave a new PC..

let me know players..

The i5 system is better mainly because Autodesk would benefit from the quad cores and the graphics card is ok but you won't be able to play games at high graphics settings.
