My computer won't boot

Hi everyone,

When I tried to open the computer this morning I got this screen 

I tried opening in the safe mood as recommended but nothing changed. other than that I don't know what to do.
Operating System: Windows XP SP3
Antivirus Software: Avira AntiVir Personal for Windows
Firewall: Windows Fire Wall
Computer: Custom
CPU: Pentium® Dual-Core
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. (G41MT-S2P)
