I need to format and reinstall Windows 7 on a a HP520EA hard drive.  The drive has 2 partitions C: & F:.  C: is the normal drive and F: is HP tools.  When I bought ir it did not have a separate Windows disk.  I was told that this is now normal and that HP tools would download Windows for me.  Is this true and if untrue where can I download Windows 7 from?

Specs, HP Pavilion dv6520ea Entertainment Notebook PC .

HP systems generally come with recovery/restore software installed...or suggest that the buyer immediately create restore/recovery disks upon system setup.  These do not download Windows from a website of any sort, the software is part of the system software installed by HP.]

The HP website only provides support for Vista drivers for said system, http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=3411258& .
