I use Firefox and web pages either will not load or will only partially load.  Many times the green loading circle at the top of the tab just keeps turning and the page does not fully load.  Generally downloads will also require multiple attempts to completely download a video or news.  Not sure if these two issues are related; I would guess that they are.  Seems like the downloads are coming through a straw.  Ccleaner finds a number of registry issues but some appear to be false positives.  MWB usually finds nothing.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
