Computer trys to turn off randomly

Hi my computer trys to turn off randomly.. computer is clean cpu is clean so no dust clogging it up.. programs try to close but I have a warning wish to me shut down or not some programs stay up and close..

 

Why is this?

Check to make sure all your case fans are running.  Overheating can lean to random shut downs.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

 

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

 

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

You appear to have two AV programs installed/running, this known to cause system problems.

 

Please remove one...I would remove the AVG product, but that's up to you.

 

Although your CPU temp has not reached the upper end of the max operating range (55-70 Celsius)...I'd say that some attention is needed.  IMO, the temp reflected for CPU/motherboard via Speccy should be under 50 Celsius.  For purposes of comparison, mine is 35.
