At first i had a hard time deciding if the thread name was a trick or not....

I knew that if microsoft wanted, they could probably crush open office into not distributing their programs anymore, but then again i don't think they would have a right to...... but then again, their M$, so they could do pretty much anything....

Wow...this year, I completly missed April Fools day!!! Usually, I fall for just about every joke, and don't realize it until April second, but this year, I never went online on April first...kinda hard to get fooled when you aren't online!!! (Thank you, Kingdom Hearts II for keeping me offline!!! :flowers: )

Too bad I couldn't see the web pages before they were deleted. But kudos, Scarlett!!! You fooled a lot of people here!!!! :trumpet:

Good one Scarlett... you're funny..

Speaking of OpenOffice.org, I note that another government agency (in this case in Australia) is migrating to OO.o:

Michael Carden, preservation software manager at the National Archives of Australia, said NAA is in the process of migrating its office file preservation format to use the OpenOffice 2.0 suite which by default uses OpenDocument.

There was another one on msn saying Matt Leinart was giving up the NFL for ballroom dancing. I showed it to a couple co-workers and thier jaw hit the floor. They pulled it the next day. Too funny
