I recently installed a package for transferring my vhs video to digital format. The package is called Ez grabber but that in itself is not important. When I boot my HP Pavilion Slimline and open the software nothing happens but if I delete the driver from Sounf, video and game controllers using Device manager, remove the USB cable from the grabber hardware and reboot. If I then insert the usb the machine re-loads the driver and the software works. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can stop it happening please?
