Before I begin, I'd like to say that my computer, or virus, or person, does all of what I'm about to say simultaneously...

I haven't actually timed it, but but every 20 minutes or so (?) my computers cursor moves sporadically in a very confined area where the mouse is currently parked. While this is happening if my text cursor happens to be in a box I can actually type in, something will instantaneously pop up... things like.... "COMPUTERS HAVE FEELINGS TOO", "I AM WATCHING YOU", "3.14159265359" "(Random binary language that I didn't bother to copy and paste)", "I KNOW ALL YOUR PASSWORDS". Along with all this it always turns on caps lock.

I've scanned with ESET Nod32 and Malware Bytes. I'm not sure where to go from here.

EDIT: If I'm using a browser it scrolls down. I doubt this is of any help, but I thought I'd add it to this post anyway.

Do those messages happen only when you're using some browser?

Download Temp File Cleaner (TFC)
Alternate download: http://www.itxassociates.com/OT-Tools/TFC.exe
Double click on TFC.exe to run the program.
Click on Start button to begin cleaning process.
TFC will close all running programs, and it may ask you to restart computer.

=============================================================================

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Delete.
  • Confirm each time with Ok.
  • Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
  • Please post the contents of that logfile with your next reply.
  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

Next...

  • Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Uninstall.
  • Confirm with yes.

=============================================================================

Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
  • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
  • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
  • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
  • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
  • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
  • Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.

=======================================

Please run a free online scan with the ESET Online Scanner

  • Disable your antivirus program
  • Tick the box next to YES, I accept the Terms of Use
  • Click Start
  • Accept any security warnings from your browser.
  • Check Scan archives
  • Click Start
  • ESET will then download updates for itself, install itself, and begin scanning your computer. Please be patient as this can take some time.
  • When the scan completes, click on List of found threats
  • Click on Export to text file , and save the file to your desktop using a unique name, such as ESETScan. Include the contents of this report in your next reply.
    NOTE. If Eset doesn't find any threats it'll NOT produce any log.

Broni, I'm sorry for wasting your time... I figured out my friend/roommate thought it would be funny to play a prank on me and decided to connect a USB keystroker to the back of my computer....... once again sorry for wasting your time. I wish i would've caught this sooner........................
