Has anyone ever heard of this site?  It looks fine, but wasn't sure.  I wanted to try out the following tutorial:

Yes, I have heard of that site, but don't know anything about the tutorials as I'm not into overclocking.

A number of sites use that ResourceHacker program for the changes you are trying to make.  In your case you are more interested in the actions to be performed rather than the site reputation.  Google what you are trying to do to get a consensus from several sources.
