hello! im a newby and have heard a lot about this site from my sister, she said that there's a lot to learn here about computers, and a lot of nice people ready to help! ... am currently having some problems with my computer, im just not sure what category should i post my queries to... :P im new in technical support too (i just got hired recently), im pretty sure i would gain much knowledge here as i do during our trainings... :)

hello Global Moderator, thank you so much! while i was waiting for a reply on this post, i actually created a post under : 

the title is : 

ContinueToSave and PcPerformer - are these malwares/viruses on my computer?

 

basically, i would like to know if these software are legit or not. i tried removing PcPerformer, but it said that it has a mising file and therefore cant be removed. im wondering, if these may be causing our computer to slow down a bit. by the way, i ran ccleaner and malwarebytes just a few hrs ago, and so far, performance has improved, but its just to early to tell. i also wanted to check with all you experts here how to find out what programs in the add/remove program list are suspicious.

oh the operating system is windows 7 home premium 32bit.... sorry i didnt see that one, i was very excited to reply to the post... :)
