Defragmentaion for Android OS?

Is there any way to do a Disk Defragmentation or somthing similar for an Android OS netbook?   I just downloaded and tried avast and AVG.  They both scanned only the apps and said everything was ok.  is that all there is to scan?

I've never heard of defragging an android phone, but you can defrag your memory card.
