ICY DOCK Question

I have a ICY DOCK MB453SPF-B 3 Hot Swap SATA 2 HDD and was wondering if the hot swap meant that hard drives could be added or removed while the computer is still running.

Yes. While generally hot swappable is term uninterruptable devices, it should be very clear on the manual since there have been times that one cause of data transfer interruption or user mistakes when using this function especially on much larger storage drives.
