I am encountering a dialog box stating the following:

Files that are required for Windows to run properly have been replaced by unrecognized version. To maintain system stability, Windows must restore the original versions of those files.Insert your Windows XP Professional CD2 now.

Radio Buttons in dialog box: Retry, More Info, Cancel

I had this virus before and if you select anything even the "X" on the dialog box it will launch and install a false program
that is suppose to be a anti-virus program. Stopzilla has found his before but not sure why it is not protecting my system. I also have McAfee.

Please advise me of what I can do.

Thanks

Stopzilla and McAfee are both antivirus programs which should not be running simutaneously.  When two antivirus programs are run at the same time one or the other usually will recognize the other as a virus, it can also lead to file corruption.  I would suggest choosing one to run and use the other to run periodic scans after updating the definitions.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
