Whenever my mom gets on the internet on her MacBook Pro, the internet goes to sheet.  When I'm playing BF3, I get 400-500 ping and it becomes unplayable.  I can hardly load Hotmail or makes Google searches.

Any idea on where to start troubleshooting this?  I've narrowed it down to my mom's computer, but no idea why it would break the internet like this.
