First, I'm from Belgium and my english is not that good!
I'm sorry! :)

I had problems with internet and I have made a restore point in Windows 8.
That was not a problem, the computer restarted and that's normal.
But the computer continues to restore and it doesn't advance to the desktop...
I wait for a long time, but there is no change...
I have already restart the computer, but computer screen doesn't change.

What do I have to do?

If you have an installation or recovery dvd or usb try running your restore from that. I had success doing it that way.
Just a thought, if you haven't put much on this machine yet you could also use the refresh setting. Finally if you do have docs, pictures, etc that you need to back up see if you can get a Linux Live Distro (Mint - Ubuntu - Knoppix. Use it to boot your machine and you can copy your important items to a flash drive or other location.
