Hello there i have a Antec Lanboy air Computer Modular Case , Western Digital WD Black 640gb stata 6, AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition Thuban 3.3GHz, 3.7GHz Turbo Socket AM3, DIAMOND Radeon HD 5850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16, MSI 890FXA-GD65 AM3 motherboard, BFG Tech EX-1000 1000W ATX12V 2v.2/EPS12V v2.91 SLI Ready CrossFireReady 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Power Supply , Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler , G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16gb DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000)


the DIAMOND Radeon HD 5850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 i have dual monitor 2 24inch monitors and they will flicker black at radom times not the whole screen sections thinking its video card i have the new ati radeon drivers 13.1 if u can please help much appreciated

Sorry not a whole lotta help but I think you're right - it could be be the monitors but because there are two of them it is highly unlikely. You can use a utility such as furmark to stress and see if you are right (but furmark is not absolutely definitive).
