Hello bluesbreakers and Welcome to BC. :)
You have 2 antiviruses running at the same time : Avast and Comodo Internet Security so one must be removed. Please post the computer model next time.

See Installed programs : COMODO Internet Security (Version: 6.0.64131.2674) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comodo_Internet_Security
Since the problem is from sleep mode which I've had bad experiences on desktops and decided to not use it then, the only suggestion I could give is check the power management tab of your network adapter properties in device manager. Make sure the first box is checked and try looking for an updated driver version.

It should be checked and look for an updated driver version of your network adapter if available. But overall the main cause would be the sleep function. Good Luck.

Have you checked the "allow this device to bring computer out of standby" or whatever your card properties read?  That should keep the network connection live because it's listening for a wake-up.  That info (and whether your connection is hard-wired) may be in your MiniToolBox report but this new forum layout is making it almost impossible for me to scroll!
