I would like to place a block on a specific email address, that is, bounce the email back to the sender with the message that their email has not been received. This is not a spam situation. They know I exist and I know they exist. I am using Thunderbird, Avast, Optus DialUp and Windows XP. Can anyone please tell me how I do this?

Kind regards
