HiYa,

Just read your advice re the above - could you also give directions for the same problem - but in my case the faulty laptop doesn't have an Optical Drive or the option in BIOS to boot from USB.

So I've removed HDD and attached it to a working PC via adapter and hoping you could give directions where I could use the working computers Win Explorer window to solve the problem.
