For the last 2 days all webpages seem to take a long time to laod and some dont load at all.

Downloading via torrents works as normal.

I am on a 20Mbit line but speedtest is only giving me 1.7 d/l and 1.9 u/l.

What could be causing this problem and how can i fix it.

Have done a couple of scansd and seems to be virus and spyware free.

I can;t do a rollback as ive just realised that my computer hasnt been saving my restore points.

What browser are you using?

Try another and see if the problem exists still.

I have tried three different browsers and it makes no difference at all.

I have just realised that it seems to get all of the page data at the correct speed (Almost instantly), But for some unknown reason it seems to be very slow at processing/displaying the pages.

I have noticed this as I can see the page source code way before anything is actually displayed.

From the description you gave it sounds like you just need some basic maintenance. You have to clean out your browser at least every 2 weeks or they will bog down on you. Run CCleaner and see if if it helps. It's free.
