Yes they will all work but do you really need 16GB of ram? Also you could get the 7970 which is technically faster.

Are you building this yourself? As for the 7970, if you get one, go for the GHz. edition as it is faster than a GTX 680.

Or generally any factory OC card that has a clock speed of 1000mhz or more.
