Hi thesaint007,

My name is etavares and I'll be helping you with this thread. I'm moving this topic to a different forum since we'll need log files and you're definitely infected.

We can use a flash drive to get past it, but a few questions first that will change what tools we use.

  • Does the FBI screen pop up in Safe Mode? What about Safe Mode - Command Prompt Only?
  • What version of Windows is this? XP, Vista, 7, 8?
  • Do you have access to a blank USB flash drive?
  • Do you have access to a working computer that we can use to download files to the USB flash drive?
