AT&T Page Not Found

safari and internet explorer on bootcamp both come up with at&t page not found. "the page you requested could not be found"

im assuming this is a pace router error. i have to access internet on phone and its a pain to solve this issue because of it. trying other dns servers makes it worse. nothing happened today that would have caused this. typing anything else in brower only brings up PAGE NOT FOUND. tried restarting router... no luck. this should not be happening.
