linux virtual server hosting

i want to know which type of windows platform is well for Linux Server.
please suggest.

um what? Generally you would run Linux as a server on it's own box. Now if you are saying that you don't have multiple machines or one that you want to dedicate to running a server then I suppose that you would run it off a virtual machine - where as I would suggest VMware or VirtualBox.
