Hi all,

I'm not a technical person so please accept my apology up front if I don't use the correct wording.

Here's my problem. I got a pop up screen to download Java 11, which I did. I re-started my
computer and now it just keeps re-loading at start up. I tried tapping F8 to start in safe mode
but that didn't work. Now ever time I turn the computer on it just keeps re-loading the start-up
screens.

Is there any way to fix this on my own? I'm in online classes for school and can't afford to miss any
classes. Please, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Have you tried deleting Java ? If you think you need it after deletion...download from www.jave.com for the latest version. Just a thought

I would gladly do that but I can't get to my desk top.

My start up screens just keep reloading themselves.

Have you tried starting in Safe Mode (hit F8 during Windows boot)? If not if you have a DVD you can try Windows 7 repair. If not then usually the quickest way back onto your feet from this is to backup your data and reload Windows. It's annoying but the problem is you can't boot to fix the problem!
