The way Your topic is currently written, what You are asking for is not legal. You can't download a copy of Win7 and 'light' versions of Win 7 are not legal as is.

Therefore what You are are asking for help with, is against the forum rules and From the Bleeping Computer Welcome Guide

Downloading Windows 7 isos from Digital River is absolutely legal and completely free of charge. Digital River is Microsoft's official partner, so that is an official download channel, and you can be sure to receive setup files free of viruses and malware. Without a legally obtained product key however, only trial installations can be done.

As for lite versions I suppose you could use something such a vlite to customize out your install but I feel that windows 7 is lite enough as it is so I don't reccommend that.

and for getting it on a usb key microsoft makes a very nifty iso to usb program http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/html/pbPage.Help_Win7_usbdvd_dwnTool .
