all keys on laptop work normal ,except left & right arrow keys!!what could cause this?

What specifically is happening with the arrow keys?

No function at all?

Keys reversed?

Plug in a USB keyboard. If it works OK, then you likely have a keyboard problem, if the USB keyboard doesn't work properly, then...................I'm still thinking on that.
