Please post the computer brand/model next time. HP OEM brand computers has added this software as it is required for certain functionality on visual or keyboard display. Do you experience any problem regarding the OSDMaestro?

This is not necessary, but can be convenient. This application is in the startup and can be disabled or removed, I would suggest disabling it if you take any action at all.
