Hi, recently I keep getting a blue screen error. Usually this happens when I computer is in sleep mode. When I open the screen and press the power button, instead of resuming, it starts up from scratch and asks if I want to boot up windows normally because or in start mode. When I get to Windows, I get a message saying that Windows is recovering from a serious error, blue screen.
I don't know what might have caused it... I haven't installed anything recently though I think there was a recent update. The main change is that I moved today to a new room and am using Ethernet internet instead of wireless, but I can't imagien that causing this problem?
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program. When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All. Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt. Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life. You never know when one will leave you.
