Hi everyone, This is my first visit. I am a computer novice, with a cupel big problems. first my laptop is insected weth the FBI MONEYPAK TROJAN.
Second I am trying to use your Tech-Tutoria, when I turn on pc and press f8 it is asking for my pass word I enter it and an error massage comes up, so i read my ttoshiba manual and it said to hold the 0 key and power on, well the same thing happend. I read that my hard drive has some kind of safty feature? but I cant get anywhere with it! I am stumped.
thank you for taking the time to read this any help would appreciated.
pc info..Toshiba Satellite L645-S4102 Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

Just to see if I understand you correctly, is this a BIOS password (black screen/white letters in the top left corner)? Does it come up before or after the toshiba splash screen? Do you remember ever setting such a password?
