Hi again,

I have a SanDisk 16 GB USB drive that I formatted for NTFS on my XP, SP3 box.
My other USB drive is an 8 GB SanDisk, factory formatted for Fat32.

When I take my 16 GB drive and create a password reset disk on my XP box, all works well. Next, I take the same USB drive to a Windows 7 system and use the "Forgotten Password Wizard."
The USB drive is detected normally, but it Wizard does nothing when I try to create the Windows 7 Reset file on the 16 GB NTFS USB drive.

I then took the 8 GB Fat32 drive and put it into the Windows 7 system and used the "Forgotten Password Wizard" again and it worked without a problem!

What can be the explanation of all of this.

I'm stumped!

Brad :-)
