I have a AMD Phenom II X4 945 Processor, a FOXCONN 2AA9 Motherboard, a AMD Radeon HD7700 Graphics card. I used CPUID-CPU-Z, and my core speed is only 800 MHz, shouldn't this be well over 2,000 MHz?
