Hi! When logging in, a message says that "This application failed to start because IfxSpArc.dll was not found. Reinstalling the app may fix the problem." When the laptop (an HP) log-in is successful, it says again that "Security Platform Management Service has stopped working." Another message says "IFXSPMGT.exe - unable to locate component.

Blue screens are fairly regular also and perhaps related to the above problem/s.

Can someone help me on this? I have crucial tasks on the pipeline and it would be a huge problem if my laptop permanently stops working now.

thanks much!

p.s. my laptop has TPM from infineon

Download Autoruns for Windows: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Save, and save it as AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
You must select Text from drop-down menu as a file type:

Re-run Autoruns, click on "Logon" tab and UN-check:
+ "IFXSPMGT"
Restart computer and see if the error is gone.

thanks mucho Broni! that thing is gone now. however, as i log in, this notification message that- "Security Platform Management Service stopped working and was closed"..for notification from Windows when a solution is available- still shows up. may I know if this can be removed too? one more thing, does the action make my laptop more vulnerable to harmful bugs or malware?
