Hi! When logging in, a message says that "This application failed to start because IfxSpArc.dll was not found. Reinstalling the app may fix the problem." When the laptop (an HP) log-in is successful, it says again that "Security Platform Management Service has stopped working." Another message says "IFXSPMGT.exe - unable to locate component.
Blue screens are fairly regular also and perhaps related to the above problem/s.
Can someone help me on this? I have crucial tasks on the pipeline and it would be a huge problem if my laptop permanently stops working now.
p.s. my laptop has TPM from infineon
