This issue started a few weeks ago, where my computer would just randomly restart maybe once every couple days.
Yesterday my computer decided to do it again, only it came up with a blue screen informing me of the crash dump, and shadowing/caching.

I had assumed that it was something i downloaded, so I proceeded to reformat my computer.
With a fresh install of windows and an empty hard drive I updated windows.
As soon as I went onto internet explorer it had crashed yet again.
The crash seems to be sporadic, I was reading somewhere about razer products being on certain usb ports causing crashes... not too many details on that though.

system specs:

http://tinypic.com/r/1ruemx/6

crash dump, and system health report

http://rapidshare.com/files/1654523243/perfmon.rar

at this point im just lost and confused... I suppose the next step is to test my ram again

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

Also just wanted to say I ran memtest86 for 6 hours because i fell asleep, no errors at all
so just from the crash address im guessing its either something with my keyboard, or my harddrive

Is it possible that some of my USB ports are loose or dont have proper connections and its causing this issue? I recall some time ago where I had to switch usb ports on my headset because it wasnt connecting properly.

After reinstalling the OS did you install all appropriate drivers including the chipset driver? Please look in device manager - are there any yellow or red symbols?

Also, I'd like to check your hd. Please download and run Seatools for DOS (http://www.seagate.com/support/internal-hard-drives/consumer-electronics/ld25-series/seatools-dos-master/)

I'm really horrible at putting this stuff into words,
When performing the hdd test it said that there was no hard drives found.
no controlers, devices, etc.

my device in my computer that has a yellow triangle is "sm bus controller" and my wlan controller

my alienware thermal controll had an outofmemoryexception, not enough memory to run the process.

and no no, thank you!

Okay. First, you need to install the chipset driver (that's the sm bus controller and your wlan). As for the thermal control problem - please explain what you're talking about. Last, what is the make of your hard drive please?

Okay, you can try that thermal controls test again if you like after you install the chipset driver. And all I needed was "Western Digital", thank you :)

Please download and run the WD Data Lifeguard diagnostics for dos: http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=612&sid=2

wlan is still a yellow triangle, however the chipset removed the sm bus controller one. the diagnostics passed all the tests, running the extended version now..

I'm not sure what this alienware thermal running out of memory is, shows up every time i restart

the extended diagnostics is going to take about 2 hours longer
anything else i should do in the meantime?

Did you check here for your wireless lan network adapter: http://support.alienware.com/Support_Pages/Restricted_Pages/driver_downloads.aspx

As for the thermal controller error, exactly when do you see it?

Please define "when I start my computer". EXACTLY when do you see that message? And why are you trying to change the fan speed?

any time i restart my computer, then open internet explorer the error message pops up before internet explorer does. changing the fan speed to see if it works

This time restarting my computer windows anti-virus or w/e said it partially removed dos/alureon.a trojan which might be the root of my problems.

okay got a different crash report in the dmp file this time...
