Have found many programs and files that I have no recollection downloading/installing, the most recent: "Paretologic Driver Cure"

Not sure if its installed or not, of course NOT being a computer erudite, I checked on Control Panel and since it wasn't there, I just sent it to the trash bin. (Major insight on my super-cyber abilities)

Basically looking for general help on how to find out IF and WHAT is my PC infected with!

Any/all help will be most welcomed, Thank you!

Hello snoopy -
Paretologic Driver Cure is one of those "sneaky" programs that often install with legit programs.
Often they have the d/load link so close to genuine programs that you are not sure which one you installed -

You are much better of without it, but it is still a "legal program" that will not be removed by Antivirus or Antimalware programs.
It is not an "infection", just usually regarded as a not worth having program.

It seems that you have done all the correct steps, and should not be pestered by it again -

Thank You -
