Restarting On Its Own

I am operating on windows XP Home edition and my computer will always shut down and reboot on me. But then it will load and then shut down again to reboot.

Have tried all the anti virus software and such but will always shut down before i can finish the scan. Please help me. Have also tired to go to the link but cant seem to fix it that way either for the event viewer system properties.

Event ID: 1003
error code 100000d1, parameter1 0000000b, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 f810d2ba.

How much ram do you have installed?

Have you run them from Safe Mode?

hi? i once experienced the same but mine was ram problem
it might be your sysytem ram , try booting on safemode and try the virus scan .
also check your system and cpu temps
