Modem DC's with Log

My modem seems to drop connection to my ISP 1-3 times a day. I have Comcast internet with a less then a year old Motorola surfboard router. I'm getting ready to go to work tonight and will check my cables tomorrow. However, I was wondering if someone could review my modem log and tell me what other problems I could have if the cables check out fine. Also, today i had the internet go out and could not for the life of me get the connection back. I was able to finally get the connection by going to xfinity.comcast.net which brought the modem back online. The log is posted below from my modem and thank you for taking the time to check out my post.

Just to make sure this is your cable modem's connection to the ISP not your router correct? If that's correct I would contact your ISP and have them test the modem. Let us know if they give you the cold shoulder.
