I have a Windows 7 HP Laptop

I have Rogers Online Protection as my AntiVirus. I ran it and it picked up 4 viruses but was unable to get rid of them nor was it able to tell me where they where. I then ran Malwarebytes and it picked them up. I will display a picture of the 'quarintene' base.

If I try and delete the virus and restart my computer, after the 'LogIn' and 'Welcome' screen I get a black screen with the mouse only. I can't do anything. But I am able to run in safe mode.

Right now I have restored my computer to an earlier point (but they're still there) I need to get rid of them without having my computer disabled.

If anyone can please help me, I'd appreciate it a lot!
