Computer cant start mpfilter,sys error

So when ever I try turn on my computer it fails to do so and has a \windows\system32\drivers\mpfilter.sys error.
I'm Running off Windows 7 Gigabyte ATI motherboard,I've Tryed Booting in to Safe mode doing a system Resystem restore to previous working point and everytime I do it goes strait to saying
\windows\system32\drivers\mpfilter.sys error...Any one have a clue how to fix? if need more info just let me know and ill post it.

If you have the installation disc I would suggest you run the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).

How to run Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)

1. Insert the Windows 7 installation disc into the disc drive, and then start the computer.

2. Press a key when the message indicating "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD ". appears.

3. Select a language, a time and currency, and a keyboard or input method, and then click Next.

4. Click Repair your computer to start WinRE and open a command prompt.
