I have a new HP windows 7 desk top computer. I bought it right before win 8 came out. I am just now setting it up. It came with Norton installed and I wanted that off and wanted Microsoft Security Essentials.. I have uninstalled Norton many times before with the removal tool. That is what I did this time. It went through the process, but then instead of restarting, a black screen came up and I had to shut down the computer. Now when I turn it on all I get is a black screen saying hard disk failed and something about the boot disk.. Eventually after I turn off the computer a few times windows boots up.. What can I do to remedy this?

If it's still under warranty have the seller be responsible for the repair.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
