Description kinda gives you the details. I searched google for a tool that does this. Can't find one.

Ideally in windows mode I could be chatting on another game (MMO game, or for example IMVU {3d chat game}) and with a click of 2-3 hotkey clicks I'd be back in Skyrim to kill a dragon.

Heck maybe even keep the game running while I am chatting with someone so that I can listen to the ambient/in-game music or watch the animations of the game itself while I chat on another game.

Ofc I could use ctrl-alt-delete... Id rather not

PS: alt+tab does change between windows but my alt key is remapped to the A key. (My A key is broken <_< )
