Need Suggestions For A LGA775 CPU Upgrade

I have a Gigabyte GA-G41M Combo Motherboard. I am gonna upgrade my mobo to a new CPU..Plzzz suggest me a good cpu for me(but pls notice that the listed games that i play work well on medium settings) :-
1. I dont want to change my graphics card which is a Geforce 210 1GB DDR3.
2. I dont want to change my mobo at any cost..

Criteria for CPU Suggestion :-
1. I play Crysis (all),Batman Arkham City, Dishonored, Darksiders II, NFS The Run, Call of Duty Black Ops, COD MW 1,2,3,Battlefield 3, Mass Effect 3, Elder Scrolls Skyrim
2. I do hear lots of music and surfing simultaneously.
3. I have customized my Windows 7 totally for a fresh gaming look.
4. Sometimes I listen to music while playing low CPU intensive games like MW 1.

P.S My mobo supports Core 2 duo/quad, Celeron , Pentium 4, Pentium D

Pentium 4 3.0 GHz||Strontium 2 GB DDR3 RAM 1333 MHz||1440 x 900 Resolution LG Flatron L192WS||
Gigabyte GA-G41M Combo LGA775 Socket||Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit||

If you have the revision 1.3 of that motherboard then this is the list of supported CPU you can use. Look Here.

Also make sure you have the required BIOS version.

You can basically only find the Q9400 on Ebay and yes, the processor can handle it considering the GT210 is the lowest graphics card in the 200 series.
