Hi, for some reason I downloaded PC Optimiser Pro and although I have deleted the source files, and the toolbars etc that it downloaded with it, it is still there and there are 2 files that will not uninstall called: OptimiserPro, and the other one is SaveAs. Could someone please give me some tips on how to delete it as I have tried all of the other suggestions on most websites, maybe it has mutated? Thanks in advance!

Is there a manual method to uninstall this? I have tried to do it the way a lot of websites say to but I don't have those registeries:

After uninstalling, clean the registry files:

1.Click "start" >run >Enter "regedit' >Ok.

2. Open HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{EB5A3A22-ECA7-4… remove the key which include PCOptProCtxMenu.

3. Remove HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Local AppWizard-Generated Applications\PCOptimizerPro

4. Remove HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Win… Menu2\Programs\PC Optimizer Pro

5. Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Win… the key name which include PCOptimizerPro.exe, for example, name:d:\Program Files\PC Optimizer Pro\PCOptimizerPro.exe,

6. Remove HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PC Optimizer Pro

Do you think they have mutated?

Yes, I used Revo but it did not detect either of those programs. I tried searching for them but again, nothing. But they are still there

Better and safer method now is to get a deeper look and find and remove each leftover. Please follow this Preparation Guide and post in a new topic.

Let me know if all went well.
