Anyone else having difficulty removing this ?

Yes my wife got it on her computer.. This time the ransom was $300.. I think I removed it with Malwarebytes... I hope !!! I have an Admin. account on my wifes computer and was able to access the computer to run MBAM.. Her account was locked with that FBI screen.. Do I still have a problem with this Malware ?
