Hello everyone,

I hope someone here can help me since i run out of ideas ;S

The problem i have is that since today there is something weird going on with my chrome browser.

When i browse websites and click on links half the time the browser goes to: http://lp.zpdownload.info/mv/ instead of the link.

I am guessing this is a trojan.

I have already tried the following:

CCleaner.
Hitmanpro version 3.7
Avast scanner
Malwarebytes Anti Malware version 1.7

all tests in normal and safe mode.

Alas nothing works and the darn thing still cripples my browser.

I hope someone knows how to get rid of this.

Thanks in advance.

Try to reset your User Profile by this tutorial

http://evansims.com/6425/resetting-your-chrome-user-profile/

Start> Search and copy the path on Windows 7 and Vista
Start> Run in Windows XP

See if that fixes it
