flash player keeps crashing?

my flash player keeps crashing on firefox.youtube and other video sites works fine but when i try to use this particular cam site it crashes after a few minutes. sometimes i'd be able to use it for half an hour before it crashes. it doesn't crash when i'm on internet explorer.

windows vista 32bit
firefox version 17.0.1
flash version 11.5.502.135

Over heating could be the problem. When was the last time you opened up the comp and cleaned it?
Is this a desktop or other?
